Fundación Telefónica and the Paramount Channel produced the documentary film ‘Eating Knowledge’ which relates the creative process of Ferran Adrià and his team at El Bulli.
Based around a table in the exhibition ‘Ferran Adrià. Auditing the Creative Process’, the legendary El Bulli restaurant is reopened to demonstrate how the creativity of Ferran Adrià’s team evolves during the course of a typical dinner service.
From the bread and butter at the start of service through to his famous smoky foam, everything has a reason and Ferran himself explains to the eight fortunate diners all these reasons and the journey he followed to achieve each creative piece at El Bulli.
